currently paypal, venmo and cashapp exclusive!terms of service for commissions:
- i retain all rights to my artwork, and may use it as an example/reference for my commission prices.
- i reserve the right to reject a commission that i don't feel comfortable with (e.g: drawing something outside of my comfort zone, mecha/robots, etc.). i will always give a reason why and an opportunity to change the commission/character requested to better fit my abilities.
- the commissioner may upload my work on other social media platforms with proper credit to me (as seen above).
- you cannot claim the original work as your own.
- commissioners may request wips of their commission, however, once past the lineart stage, i will not entertain requests for big changes. small changes (e.g: expression, simple edits, etc.) are acceptable, but do not request a new character/pose, please!
- you are free to use the art you purchased from me as you please (e.g: wallpaper/backgrounds, icons, etc.) but you cannot use/exploit it for your own self-profit unless i have given you written permission.
- the commissioner will always receive a watermarked file; i will not remove my watermark under any circumstances.
- you must credit me with the artwork! you can find me on various social media platforms such as toyhou.se (ukai_tei), deviantart (simplyneon/ukai-tei), and twitter (ukaitei)
